Text-based channels like chat ,E-mailSMS, Facebook and Twitter are feeded to the Doplhin CDS, resulting in a multichannel queue ensuring perfect workflow mixing phone conversations and written customer communication. This brings a whole line of perks considering organizing, workflow, gathered statistics and staff planning.

The integration also makes it possible to combine assign-mode and pick-mode for chat, so that the efficiency rewards are achieved “despite common queuing of written communication and phone conversations”.

Telenor Bedrift
With the integration of Telenor Mobile for businesses you get an instant overview of which employees that are busy in phone conversations, and also automatic changes of presence status when you are busy on the phone. You can easily categorize the inquiries when they are ended, whilst logging them with the right use of privacy (conversations with associated notes, or the handling private conversations will not be logged). The Click-to-call function makes it easy to call your colleagues. The conversations can, in similarity with our other channels, effectivly be archived in CRM.
